The app

Wedding Booth turns an iPad into a self-serve video guestbook for events. It is offered by GumDrop Software ("we"). By using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Free preview & purchases

• The free preview saves up to 10 messages per event so hosts can rehearse.
• An Event Pass is a one-time purchase unlocking unlimited messages for a single event. It is spent when the host ends that event.
• Booth Pro (monthly or yearly) is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks every event while active. It renews through your Apple ID until cancelled in Settings, at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Booth Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase unlocking every event permanently on your Apple ID.
• All payment is processed by Apple. Refunds are requested through Apple, not us.

Your recordings

Video messages recorded with the app belong to the people who made and hosted them — not to us. They are stored only on the host's iPad. Hosts are responsible for obtaining any consent required to record their guests and for how recordings are used and shared afterward.

Fair use

Don't use the app to record anyone without their knowledge, to break the law, or to infringe anyone's rights. The booth shows a visible countdown and recording indicator by design.

No warranty

The app is provided as-is. We work hard to make it dependable on the day, and we recommend hosts run the built-in test recording before guests arrive, keep the iPad plugged in, and export clips promptly after the event. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost recordings or other damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; changes will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
